Peaceful and convenient location, the hotel was well appointed and fairly clean. Nicely decorated and spotless room plus central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk. The staff - best and efficient. Extensive breakfast with a huge variety of food options.

The breakfast is extensive, with scrambled egg and cheese, for example. The staff are best and the room was great-sized with very comfortable beds.

Magnificent setting, short walk to Oviedo, outskirts of Llanes and a taxi. Also, to the centre of Llanes.

The triple room was stylish and had a mini-fridge-bar, air conditioner and a personal safe.

The rooms were not comfort and basic and a bit drab but clean. Wifi doesnt work in rooms only in reception.

The pool area is amazing too. Exceptionally clean and huge rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds. Exceptional personnel and good and easy location by the mountains.

Lovely hotel located conveniently for exploring coastal town and beaches. Clean, spacious rooms with a great view of the Picos. Staff were friendly, humorous and willing to help. Easy parking and good breakfast.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The views from the hotel were stunning, and we loved waking up to the picturesque mountains in the distance. The staff were also incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure that our Christmas stay was as enjoyable as possible. We also appreciated the free private parking and the convenient location close to the highway, which made it easy to explore the surrounding area.

The breakfast timing was a bit rigid and inflexible, which meant we had to rush to finish our meal before the strict cut off time. while the walk into town was lovely, it was a bit of a trek and not the best option with hungry kids.

Elena seemed to be the only member of staff who did any work. She was able to turn her hand to anything, and nothing was too much trouble, and she always greeted customers with a smile.

Mostly the Hotel was clean enough however we did notice that for the four days of our stay there were sugar sachets, and also two slices of kiwi, on the dining room floor, which were there when we arrived and were still there on the morning of our departure. There were also large colony of ants, which given the kiwi slices was not surprising.

The hotel was in an excellent location 20 minutes walk from Cantabrian Sea.

Facilities were modern, even so Wi-Fi connection was slow.
